The open home buyer is registered in the portal, where the agency can activate their communication strategy at the same time the buyer is viewing the property.
For example: the visitor is registered on entry to the open home and receives an email/SMS notification thanking them and providing the property overview, managing agent details and is prompted to make an offer.
The buyer has answered yes on registration, they are listing a property. Open Home Connect™ will send an alert to the agent, they have a listing opportunity in the home and SMS/email the buyer that there is an agent available to discuss the property and their listing requirements. The buyer can also activate a listing evaluation for their property by responding to the SMS/email.
